• How do we book you for our wedding?

• I want something more specific for my event, can you do a custom quote instead of a package deal?

  Follow the link here and fill in the form with all your event needs to get a custom quote from us.

• I’m not finding the product I want on your site, can you get it for me?

  Follow the link here and send us the details of the product you want and we will see if we can assist you.

• What payment options are available for online purchases?

  We offer a variety of payment option, which includes, Instant EFT, PayFast and Mobicred. Special invoice request option is also available.

• When do you ship products when purchased online?

  Depending when the order is placed online, the order will be placed within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery is within 3 – 7 working days.

• Can I track my package?

  We will be in contact with you throughout the whole process and set regular updates on delivery information. Most occasions a waybill number will also be supplied.

• What is the waiting period for products to be delivered?

  We work on a 3 – 7 work day delivery time. Back orders will be arranged with you in regards to a time frame before placing the order.
